Nicholas Jover has left the City Football Academy to reunite with Arteta at Arsenal, after they met at City in 2019. Jover spent two years at City, working on set pieces following a spell at Brentford.
He now joins Arsenal to replace outgoing first-team coach Andreas Georgson. Explaining why he looked to his old City colleague to replace Georgson, Arteta told the Arsenal website : "Yeah we had a situation in the summer with Andreas, where he had the possibility to leave to his country.
