The Bronze Bomber, 34, lost for the first time in his professional career last month when Tyson Fury delivered a seventh round techincal knockout.
Prior to the Vegas bout in February, Wilder held the WBC heavyweight title, and he has still won 42 fights in his top-class career.
Meanwhile, Iron Mike at one point held the WBA, WBC, IBF, The Ring, and lineal heavyweight titles between 1989 and 1990. As they were absolute giants of the sport in different eras, there is often much debate among boxing fans as to how a fight between Wilder and Tyson would go.
