'Midnight Sky' Trailer: George Clooney Races to Save Humanity in Post-Apocalyptic Sci-Fi Drama

In the opening seconds of the trailer, a young girl approaches a computer screen displaying what Augustine describes as the Aether — “a spaceship coming back from a planet that [they] hoped would be [their] future.” Aboard the Aether, a crew of astronauts (Felicity Jones, David Oyelowo, Kyle Chandler, Demián Bichir and Tiffany Boone) travel through space back to planet Earth, which — unbeknownst to them — has suffered an apocalyptic fate.
