George Clooney has a gregarious, outsized personality, especially in his acting, but he’s more thoughtful and introspective than you’d think and a lot of that side of him comes out in his filmmaking.
Take “The Midnight Sky,” his latest directorial effort which is a sad, lonely, and bleak look at the apocalypse, but also the stars and hope for mankind.
