The former Corrie actress worked her brunette locks into a sleek top knot while holding onto a white face cloth, which she used to wipe the sweat from her forehead.
In the short clip, Michelle revealed she had been taking part in her husband Mark Wright's training program, Train Wright. And she branded the online class a "tough sess today" while giving her followers a glimpse at her at-home gym as Ciara's song Level Up played.
