The class is part of Mark Wright's new fitness app called Train Wright, that offers workout and nutrition guides for the best fitness results.
Promoting the new content in front of his 1.7 million Instagram followers, Mark recorded the group preparing for the class on Thursday.
Speaking to the camera from a sunny garden, Mark plugged the yoga class and urged fans to check out his new platform. "We are here, finally, filming the yoga element of Train Wright," he said.
