And it seems as though Michelle is nothing if not determined to keep this up, as she vowed "no more excuses" ahead of her gruelling workout.
Taking to her Instagram Story, Michelle took a boomerang clip of of a yoga mat, as well as a dumbbell and two resistance bands. "Bedroom workout," she penned, alongside a GIF of the phrase "No more excuses".
Michelle is known for her sensational figure, and she's not letting the lockdown - which is set to start tomorrow - affect her workout regime.
