The 32-year-old actress replied to one of her fans on Instagram who gushed about the show, saying she hoped there would be a season three.
The former Our Girl star replied: "Yes there is... hopefully start filming ASAP," followed by a kissing face emoji. Michelle stars alongside Joe Gilgun, Damien Molony and Ryan Sampson in Brassic, a comedy drama about crime, gangsters and friendship.
Brassic was inspired by Joseph's upbringing in Chorley. Season three of Brassic was confirmed before season two had even aired on Sky One.
