Manchester's only Michelin Star restaurant announced a price cut to its fine dining menu this week, saying it is to "help with the cost of living crisis" - but it has left Mancs less than impressed.
Mana in Ancoats announced its £195 menu would be reduced down to £175 from November as its way of helping cash-strapped diners.
However MEN readers felt the price cut did not go far enough, including Thomas Hague who said: "People paying £195 for a meal are not worried about the cost of living crisis I can assure them of that!" Meanwhile Colin Buckland added: "What a joke, a nod to cost of living crisis.
No-one having those problems could afford to spend 1% of that price."
