The creator of many weight loss diets, such as the Fast 800 and 5:2 eating plans, Mr Mosley works to help those struggling to shed pounds to to so in a sustainable way.
While he isn't usually one to praise weight loss drugs on the market that he said come with a "long list of quackery" and claims most aren't safe or effective.
However, his thoughts differ for treatments based on semaglutide injections, calling them "remarkable".Semaglutide is a compound that is found in brands including Ozempic, Wegovy and Moujourno and these treatments are prescribed with the single purpose of treating type 2 diabetes complications by regulating blood sugar levels.
