Dr Michael Mosley is well known for his weight loss strategies such as the Fast 800. And he revealed how people can curb their cravings for comfort food within the first week of starting the plan.
The Fast 800 diet involves cutting calorie intake to 800 a day for the first couple of weeks before slowly upping food and fasting on certain days.
While full to the brim with meal plans and recipes, the book also contains handy diet suggestions and tips from clinical psychologist Dr Gary Lamb.
And not only did he contribute his hacks for enjoying food, but he also tried it out for himself. Dr Mosley told Studio 10: "He lost about 40kg (6st 2lb) on the programme!
