Michael J Fox has opened up about his ongoing health issues, 30 years after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s.The Back To The Future actor revealed he is grateful for getting through the ‘darkest times’ in his life – after he also had a tumour removed from his spine.Speaking to People magazine about his struggles, the 59-year-old explained his worst moment came as he broke his arm after a fall.‘I just snapped.
I was leaning against the wall in my kitchen, waiting for the ambulance to come, and I felt like, “this is as low as it gets for me”,’ he said, recalling feeling that there was ‘no bright side’ to his situation.‘Parkinson’s, my back, my arm… it still didn’t add up to moving the needle on the misery index compared to what some people go.
