Rangers coach Michael Beale has compared boss Steven Gerrard to a rock star. And the Ibrox assistant believes his gaffer is hitting all the right notes as he attempts to get a tune out of his Light Blues band.Beale is savouring the experience of teaming up with Gerrard and grabbing on to valuable insight.Once a superstar player, Gerrard is now trying to take some of the key attributes from on the park into the technical area.In a previous job, Beale worked at Sao Paulo under an iconic Brazilian figure in keeper turned coach Rogerio Ceni.Now he’s alongside Gerrard getting the same vibes.He said: “After working with an idol like Rogerio in his own country, it has felt like I’ve been doing the same with Steven.“They are like rock stars.
