‘Michael’ Actress Nia Long Signs With Artists First

deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Nia Long has inked with Artists First for representation. Long is next up portraying Katherine Jackson, matriarch to the Jackson musical family, in Lionsgate’s Michael Jackson biopic Michael.
The movie, directed by Antoine Fuqua, written by John Logan and starring Jaafar Jackson and Colman Domingo comes out October 3.
Most recently Long starred opposite Eddie Murphy, Jonah Hill and Julia Louis-Dreyfus in the comedy You People from Kenya Barris, which debuted at No.
1 on Netflix. She also reprised her role as Jordan Armstrong for the Peacock limited series The Best Man: The Final Chapters, which premiered to record ratings and reunited the original cast.
