Thunderstorm warnings have been put in place for Greater Manchester today (June 10) by forecasters. It comes after the Met Office extended its yellow weather warning to cover all of Greater Manchester.
The warning will be in place from 2pm until 10.30pm with thunderstorms being forecasted by experts across the region from 4pm to 7pm.
According to the Met Office, between 30 to 40mm of rain could batter the region within an hour while being accompanied by hail, lightning, and strong winds in some parts.
