Meghan, Prince Harry, Prince William and Kate Middleton was delayed an hour by the Sussexes, it has been claimed. So that’s why they were late.”At Windsor, the foursome greeted the well-wishers who had gathered to pay their respects to the Queen following her death last Thursday.
