Meghan Markle has delayed her new Netflix show in the wake of the fires breaking out across Los Angeles.So far the first have taken 16 lives with several people missing while the vast majority fled in response to mandatory evacuation orders.The streaming giant confirmed that the Duchess of Sussex had requested that With Love be moved from a previously announced January 15 premiere date out of sensitivity for the victims of the wildfires that are burning through Los Angeles.On the postponement of the show, Meghan said: “I’m thankful to my partners at Netflix for supporting me in delaying the launch as we focus on the needs of those impacted by the wildfires in my home state of California.”The show will now debut March 4.
With Love, Meghan is described as “a heartfelt tribute to the beauty of Southern California”. Markle produces the show, which “blends practical how-to’s and candid conversation with friends, new and old.”She also shares personal tips and tricks for cooking, gardening and more.
Special guests include Guests include Roy Choi, Mindy Kaling and Alice Waters.Eight episodes of the series have been ordered.
