Meghan Markle broke her silence on her personal struggles during a visit to a women's justice charity on her trip to Canada with Prince Harry this week.The Duchess of Sussex visited the Justice for Girls charity in Vancouver on Tuesday after attending an ice hockey match with her husband, the Express reports.The Canadian non-profit organisation supports teenage girls living in poverty and fights for “equality" and "freedom from violence and colonialism,” according to its website.Sharing Meghan's visit on its official Instagram page, the charity wrote: “Justice for Girls was delighted to have a return visit from Meghan, The Duchess of Sussex."A feminist advocate from a young age herself, the Duchess was keen to chat with two of our teen interns to discuss their personal struggles for justice.“Her genuine and understanding approach left the girls feeling heard, supported, and inspired.”The former Suits actress joined Jessica Lake and Lauri Thompson from the Lake family’s All One Fund and a group of women involved with the charity's work for a roundtable discussion. Dressed in all white, the duchess was seen hugging women and sitting down for a group picture.She accessorised her chic outfit with gold jewellery which consisted of a number of bangles and a gold Cartier watch with her long black hair hanging straight in a relaxed style to match her outfit.Meghan has supported the women's charity for a number of years but has not visited it since 2020.Justice for Girls co-director Zoe Craig-Sparrow told PEOPLE: “We all felt at ease, and I think that was a testament to the Duchess."She said it was important for her
