Meghan Markle and Prince Harry warned there's 'no going back to royal duties'

The rift between Harry and Meghan and the Royal Family will never be bridged, sources have claimed. Earlier this year the Duke and Duchess of Sussex turned the royal world on its head when they broke away from the family.

Harry, Meghan and Archie are currently on a 'trial period' in the US, amid speculation that the Queen would help them create a new position in the Firm in the future.

Those plans now seemed to be scuppered following the publication of a salacious new book which describes the rift in excruciating detail.

While the Duke and Duchess have denied being interviewed for Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family, there has been speculation that they approved of those close to them doing so.
