Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have posed for a new official photo to promote their latest non-royal job. The couple will join a number of big names from the online world for a TIME 100 talk to discuss how we use the internet and social media.

Promoting the event, which is being held virtually next week, the magazine showed a new photo of the Sussexes - and it's very different from their previous royal pictures.

They are both wearing suits in the black and white photo, with Meghan sitting on a chair while Harry leans on the arm rest. The Duchess is resting her arm on her husband's leg and smiling broadly.
