Meghan Markle was forced to miss her husband's induction at the Legends of Aviation Awards ceremony last night after one of their children became "unwell".
The Duke of Sussex was recognised at the 21st annual Living Legends of Aviation Awards, with Grease actor John Travolta inducting him, writes The Mirror.Meghan wasn't by her husband's side on the evening as Harry attended the event alone.
He was seen arriving at the venue in Beverly Hills in a tuxedo.Harry appeared "anxious" as he got out of the car, according to a body language expert who spoke exclusively to The Mirror - and now the reasoning behind that has seemingly been unveiled.The news has been confirmed by PA, that the Duchess was meant to be in attendance, but had to pull out due to one of the couple's children being ill.
The statement said: "The Duchess of Sussex, who had been expected to attend the event, was not present as one of their children became unwell the PA news agency understands."The Duke and Duchess of Sussex share four-year-old Prince Archie and two-year-old Princess Lilibet.
