A McDonald’s worker has been electrocuted while cleaning a fryer he is claimed to have reported a week before as being faulty.
Oscar Luyo Zeballos was cleaning inside a branch of the fast food restaurant in Lima, Peru, when the incident took place. According to local media, he initially felt a small shock so he when he went to turn the machine off but his arm came into contact with it and he was reportedly electrocuted.
Oscar was rushed to a nearby medical centre where he is currently recovering from his injuries, according to reports. Local media said that he reported the fryer as faulty one week before the accident.
