McDonald's is set to unveil its latest menu this week (May 29), just in time to welcome the summer vibes. Hungry patrons will soon have the chance to indulge in a slew of new treats, including the debut of the Skittles McFlurry (£2.19) and The Hat Trick burger (£5.89/ £7.69), which boasts a trio of beef patties, cheese, grilled onions, mustard, and ketchup, all nestled within a sesame seed bun.
Returning classics such as the Chicken Sharebox (£10.59), nine-piece Chicken Selects Sharebox (£8.49), and Mozzarella Bites (£2.39) are making a comeback on the menu, alongside sweet delights like the Galaxy Caramel McFlurry (£2.19) and the Galaxy Chocolate and Raspberry Pie (£1.99).
However, the departure of one iconic item is causing quite the stir among Brits. The much-loved Sour Cream and Chive dip is being phased out, available only while stocks last, and is set to be replaced by a new Garlic Mayo dip.
Additionally, McDonald's barbecue dip is getting an upgrade to a new Sweet and Smokey barbecue sauce. While news of the fresh additions has excited many fans, there's been a collective mourning for the ultimate favourite: Sour Cream and Chive dip.
