Matthew Perry has sold his Malibu beach house! The former Friends star listed the house for sale last summer for $14.95 million and the home just sold for $13.1 million, according to TMZ.

The 5,500 square-foot home is located right on a dry stretch of sand and features incredible views of the water. There are four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the two-story house.
