The contest got heated once Maupay clashed with Bernd Leno, which resulted in the German being taken off on a stretcher. But Guendouzi continued with the verbals, according to the Daily Mail, and made his opponents aware of their earnings in comparison to him and his Arsenal team-mates.
The Frenchman earns around £40,000-a-week at the Emirates, while the club's top earner is Mesut Ozil who earns more than £300,000-a-week.
