Inter Milan defender Matteo Darmian has admitted being a former Manchester United player only adds to his determination to beat Manchester City in the Champions League final this weekend.
Darmian left United for Parma in 2019 before the 33-year-old switched to Inter a year later, firstly on loan before making the deal permanent.
This season, the defender has shown his versatility playing in several different positions across 47 appearances for the San Siro club.
Centre-back has operated in his usual role for Inter in the Champions League and he is expected to fill in there for the Italian giants on Saturday when they face City.
