Matt Willis has revealed he watched his recent addiction documentary with his eldest child as a way of explaining his struggles to her.The Busted star recently featured in BBC documentary Fighting Addiction where he detailed his problems with addiction and TV presenter wife Emma Willis also spoke about supporting him and how it had affected their relationship.

Matt and Emma have three children and in an appearance on Friday's Loose Women, 7 July, he revealed that eldest child Isabelle, 14, had watched the documentary with them - which he called a "beautiful" experience.Talking about the documentary, panellist Jane Moore asked him: "What about your kids, because you've got a 14-year-old who obviously would have been very aware of all this.

How did you prepare her for it?" Matt, 40, replied: "That was a worry for me, because she's at an age where I was like, she's got to watch it. "She knows Daddy doesn't drink.

I've always said things like, 'it doesn't suit me', or 'I'm not very good at that' - kind of brushing it off. "We watched it together, me and Emma watched it with Isabelle, we took her upstairs and we watched it together and it was a beautiful, amazing experience because obviously she knew much more than I thought she did." During the documentary, Matt told how his addiction to alcohol had spiralled out of control during the height of his Busted fame, but also said that after years of hard work to get clean he had relapsed in 2016.
