Manchester United midfielder Mason Mount has stressed that unity remains in Erik ten Hag's camp despite defeat to Arsenal in their first match of the US pre-season tour.
The former Chelsea man suffered a difficult campaign in his debut year at Old Trafford as injury issues affected the impact he was able to have on the team.
Before the first game of the pre-season tour, Ten Hag came out in support of Mount and urged fans not to write him off already. "You can’t judge his season because he was injured," the Dutchman insisted. "Don’t judge him.
But when he is fit, he will be a very good player for us, and we can use him, versatile.
