Mary Kennedy has shared a refreshing insight into her experience with motherhood and looking after her mental health. Speaking On Doireann Garrihy’s The Laughs of Your Life podcast recently, Mary opened up about how she felt when her children left home and her journey with counselling.
Describing her ‘no laughing matter’ moment in her life, Mary revealed she struggled after her four children grew up and left home.
