Martin Odegaard shares Erling Haaland admission despite Man City rivalry

Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard reckons that Norway teammate and Manchester City sensation Erling Haaland can label himself "the best player in the world" right now.

The 23-year-old has dominated the Premier League stage following his £51million move from Borussia Dortmund last summer. Since then, Haaland has netted 60 goals in 65 matches across all competitions as well as winning the treble with City last season.

Odegaard and Haaland locked horns before the international break when Arsenal edged out City in their Premier League game at the Emirates Stadium.
