Married At First Sight Australia star Olivia Frazer has blasted the dating show for "ruining her career", claiming that the villain edit she received has destroyed any chance that she will ever become a teacher.
Olivia, 30, was matched with Jackson Lonie on the Australian dating show and at the time was studying to become a teacher after years spent as her late father's carer.
Speaking to Love Is Blind's Nick Thompson for his Eyes Wide Open podcast, she slammed MAFS for how she had been portrayed and claimed it had stopped her from getting her dream job.
Olivia, who split from Jackson a few months after the series ended in 2022, said: "I lost my whole career because of what they did to me on that show." She told how she had been working as an admin assistant in the English department of "one of the most elite schools in Australia" who had been coaching her for a career in teaching while she finished her degree.
