Mariah Carey and Bryan Tanaka have confirmed that they have split after seven years together, after rumours began spreading that they were in disagreement over welcoming children.
It was previously reported that Bryan wanted to have children, while Mariah, who is already a proud mum to 12 year old twins, Moroccan and Monroe, does not want to welcome anymore.
Now Bryan, 40, has confirmed the split, but has not shared the reason behind the decision. In a statement, posted to his Instagram page, the dancer wrote: "Dear friends and fans.
With mixed emotions, I share this personal update regarding my amicable separation from Mariah Carey after seven extraordinary years together. "Our decision to embark on different paths is mutual, and as we navigate these separate journeys, we do so with profound respect and an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the invaluable time we’ve shared.The memories we’ve created and the artistic collaborations are etched in my heart forever." He continued: "Mariah’s dedication to her family and her commitment to her craft have inspired us during our shared journey.
