After Marcus Rashford saw his first-half opener cancelled out by Ayoze Perez, the Reds rallied in the second half, scoring through Antony, Bruno Fernandes and Wout Weghorst to put one foot in the quarter-finals.
But before they can think about finishing the job in Spain next week, the Reds will attempt to get back on track in the Premier League against strugglers Southampton.
