Manchester United are apparently set to speak with Dean Henderson about his future as Erik ten Hag mulls over his long-term goalkeeper options.
The Nottingham Forest loanee faces another three months on the sidelines after undergoing surgery on a thigh injury earlier this month.
The shot-stopper was on the brink of a return last month before a setback forced him out for the rest of the season. Henderson lambasted his parent club upon his temporary switch to Forest for a lack of playing time, claiming promises were broken and his treatment was “criminal”.
He is set to return to United at the end of the season when he will hold talks with the club.
