Manchester United player Nathan Bishop praised as 'brilliant' despite mistake for loan club

Mansfield Town manager Nigel Clough has hailed Manchester United loanee Nathan Bishop after his recent display in their win over Exeter City.

The 22-year-old was highlighted as one of the standout performers against the Grecians as Mansfield's promotion push moved in a positive direction.

Bishop has made 36 appearances for the Stags this season after swapping Manchester for Nottinghamshire at the beginning of the campaign, keeping 10 clean sheets so far.
