Manchester United have told their players that they are planning for a returning to training on May 18. United's first-team squad will initially report back in small groups ahead of a planned return in a larger group if all goes well initially.
The decision comes as plans for restarting the Premier League in June continue to gather pace, with clubs set to hold further discussions on that subject on Monday.
After telling their players who had travelled abroad to return within the next seven days, United's players have now been informed about how and when training will recommence at Carrington.
