Manchester United are keeping a keen eye on Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnbary, according to reports. The attacker is due to face United in Wednesday’s Champions League group stage opener having yet to score in four outings this term.
The 28-year-old signed a fresh deal that keeps in Bavaria until 2026 only last year. However, Fichajes says United could pull together a £52m bid for Gnabry as they look to strengthen their right wing.
Jadon Sancho’s future is up in the air amid his fall-out with Erik ten Hag while Antony has not lived up to his £85m price tag since his arrival.
The report says Ten Hag is an admirer of Gnabry, who recorded 17 goals and 12 assists in 47 matches last season, and that the United hierarchy match the manager’s enthusiasm for the player.
