A pie company director whose food feeds Manchester City fans became the latest candidate to be fired from The Apprentice on Thursday night (February 8).

Paul Bowen, from Lancashire, kept “banging on about chocolate” to a health conscious food company - with viewers left in stitches over his 'hilarious' exit.

Paul - one of two pie connoisseurs on the BBC show - claimed he would turn Lord Alan Sugar into the “Lord of the Pies". Yet his passion for pies didn't appear to translate to cakes, with his team failing the second week challenge after making cheesecakes for the public and corporate clients, reports LancsLive.

In the boardroom, Lord Sugar told him "Paul, I admire you for admitting your mistakes but there were simply too many mistakes and so it is with regret, Paul, you’re fired." Try MEN Premium now for FREE...
