The Manchester Christmas Markets are set to come to a close this week - with visitors given just a few more days to stock up on their festive wares.
The Winter event is set to officially end its six-week run on Sunday (December 22). Taking over nine spots across the city centre, this year’s annual markets have featured more than 200 stalls.
Alongside market staples like Bratwurst and Dutch mini pancakes, this year’s markets have been varied and vast across not just food and drink, but also via homeware, clothing and other unique gifts. Not only do people enjoy the wealth of stalls on offer, but there’s even a collectable tradition amongst some visitors that keeps them returning each year.
