Indulging in a pint of beer before your flight at the airport is a holiday tradition embraced by many, but passengers at Manchester Airport are starting to embrace booze-free or low alcohol options instead.
Consumer trends data from Manchester Airports Group (MAG) - which owns and operates Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands Airports - has revealed costumers are making more health-conscious choices at the airport.
Booze-free beer sales have grown significantly, with MAG reporting a 16.9 per cent increase in its three airports year-on-year.
The biggest rise has been seen at Stansted’s Comptoir Libanais, where there has been a five-fold increase in the number of non-alcoholic beers sold.
