Manchester United are set to trigger a one-year extension in Paul Pogba's contract, in a move which could put an end to speculation over the midfielder's future for the time being.
Pogba has been sidelined for most of the current campaign through injury, while his agent Mino Raiola has been attempting to find the player a new club, specifically Real Madrid or Juventus.
It was previously thought that the 27-year-old was in favour of quitting Old Trafford for a second time, but it appears that his mind has been changes in recent weeks.
According to a report in The Athletic, Pogba has been impressed with recent performances - especially the recent 2-0 win over Manchester City.
