Manchester United have reportedly asked 'for information' on Inter Milan's Lautaro Martinez. According to Italian outlet Gazzetta dello Sport (via Sport Witness), Martinez is back on United's radar after scoring a goal and providing an assist during Inter's 3-3 draw against Barcelona in the Champions League.

The report claims that Erik ten Hag's side have asked for information on the 25-year-old, as they eye a potential move for the forward.

It is thought that United will have to rival Paris Saint-Germain for his signature, as the French club also try to tempt the Argentine to make the move to Ligue 1.

Martinez's contract is not due to expire until 2026, so Inter could demand a significant transfer fee from the Reds, something that Ten Hag has already been warned against after spending £225million this summer.
