A man turned up at his ex-partner's Hamilton home despite a non-harassment order and bail conditions that were supposed to keep him away from her.Hamilton Sheriff Court heard that Stuart Taylor warned the frightened woman he would kill himself if she didn't take him back.

He refused to leave and made comments such as 'If you don't take me back I'm going to kill myself'."His behaviour was erratic and the woman was concerned for her safety."She texted her friend who returned and the the two women left the flat, leaving Taylor behind.
