Man taken to hospital after two-car smash on busy East Kilbride road

A man has been taken to hospital after a two-vehicle smash in East Kilbride this afternoon.There were tailbacks on roads leading to and from the Kingsway following the crash - although the road has now reopened say police.It is understood the incident happened shortly after 1pm near to the petrol station on the Kingsway.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
