A motorcyclist has suffered serious injuries after falling from his bike on the M6. Officers were called out to the scene at junction 32, near Lancaster, after 6.30pm yesterday (June 1).
Lancashire Police says a Triumph Tiger 1050 motorbike which had been travelling north left the carriageway and hit the central reservation.
The bike then re-entered the live lanes. The motorbike rider, a man in his 50s, fell from the bike and suffered serious injuries.
He was taken to hospital where he remains in a stable condition today (Sunday).
