A man in his 60s has suffered serious injuries after being hit by a vehicle in Bolton. Greater Manchester Police says it was called out to a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on Back Bridgeman Street, near to Heywood Park, yesterday morning (May 16).
The man's injuries were not life-threatening, GMP says. Police are continuing to investigate the collision and have issued an appeal for information today (Tuesday).
Any witnesses are being urged to come forward as soon as possible. A GMP spokesperson said: "Officers are appealing for witnesses following a collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian in Bolton.
