Chris Hemsworth

Christopher Hemsworth (born 11 August 1983) is an Australian actor. He rose to prominence playing Kim Hyde in the Australian TV series Home and Away (2004–07) before beginning a film career in Hollywood by taking on parts in the science fiction film Star Trek (2009) and the thriller A Perfect Getaway (2009).

Hemsworth went on to star in the fantasy film Snow White and the Huntsman (2012), the war film Red Dawn (2012), the action thriller Blackhat (2015), the biographical thriller In the Heart of the Sea (2015), the comedy Ghostbusters (2016), and the Men in Black film series spin-off Men in Black: International (2019). His most critically acclaimed roles include the comedy horror The Cabin in the Woods (2012) and the biographical sports film Rush (2013), in which he portrayed James Hunt.

Man dies following medical incident at Download Festival

Police have confirmed that a man has sadly died after falling ill at the popular Download Festival on Saturday (June 11).It is believed that the man, who hasn't been named, was removed from crowd by medics just moments before Iron Maden took to the stage at their allotted slot of 9pm.Police have since confirmed that the man - whose identity has not yet been made public - had died after becoming unwell after the Deftones had performed at the Castle Donington music festival.An investigation, into the man's death is now in process as the circumstances are not yet known at this moment in time.A spokesperson for Leicestershire police said in a statement: "We can confirm the death of a man who had been attending the Download Festival in Castle Donington at the weekend."The man became unwell at the festival on Saturday evening (June 11) and was taken to the Derby Royal Infirmary where he sadly died."The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries remain ongoing."One festival goer explained to the Metro, that the crowd had been bouncing around in anticipation for Iron Maden when a medical team were noticed removing the man from the crowd.The source went on to explain that many hadn't even noticed what was happening until the man was swiftly taken by medical professionals.

According to eye-witnesses at the scene, the emergency services were on-hand quickly to assist the man and he was taken to Derby Royal Infirmary before later being pronounced as dead..
