A man has appeared in court to deny the murder of schoolboy Dylan Bragger. Dylan, 15, was pronounced dead at the scene of an attack in Digmoor Road, Skelmersdale on the evening of Thursday, June 29.
Emergency services rushed to the scene but paramedics were unable to save him. Felipe Figueiredo, 28, was arrested and charged with Dylan's murder.

Dressed in a green polo shirt, he spoke only to confirm his name and enter his plea. The Honorary Recorder of Preston, Judge Robert Altham, set a date for the trial to take place on January 12, 2024.
