Olivia Naylor, the girlfriend of Manchester City star John Stones, has donated £20k towards a fundraiser for a child's treatment trial for his leukaemia.
Dillan was diagnosed with leukaemia at just one year old and is continuing to battle the cancer as he approaches his fifth birthday.
Dillan underwent a bone marrow transplant late last year after a successful campaign to find a match, with a testing event held at City's Etihad Stadium which was backed by centre-back Stones.
Sadly, Dillan has suffered a relapse in his marrow and there are no more treatments available in the UK. Any further treatment will have to be self-funded experimental trials which has led to Dillan's mother, Amy Ramsey, from Manchester, launching a GoFundMe campaign to raise £1million to take Dillan to an upcoming trial in Washington this October. £281,024 of the goal has been raised so far from over 14,000 donations, with Naylor donating £20k herself.
