was abducted in broad daylight. The victim was beaten after two men bundled him into the back of a white Mercedes-Benz Vito van on Swanage Avenue in Wythenshawe, at 12.45pm on Saturday (August 29).

The van, which has distinctive black stickers on the side, was later found abandoned on Shentonfield Road, a nearby industrial estate in Baguely.It was forensically analysed by specialist detectives.The victim has since been found by police.
